- Doubtful that this is user created, it appears to be a derivative or commercial map. AdmrBoltz 00:17, 17 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- File:Maxwell Hill.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- When uploaded to the Malay Wikipedia, the file was not given a clear license tag. It was made into "PD Maybe" at upload, then changed to fair use at the Malay Wikipedia in October of 2010. This is clearly replaceable. User:Zscout370 (Return Fire) 19:45, 17 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- For the record, the source image on ms is ms:Fail:Blarut41.jpg. --B (talk) 00:27, 2 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- permission alleged in upload comments but no OTRS ticket Chris Cunningham (user:thumperward: not at work) - talk 23:05, 17 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete: Without an OTRS it is not sufficent permssion. The photo at the photographers website is watermarked, you must create an account to download a non-watermarked version and at the bottom is says "All images © Willie Vass Archive. Editorial download use only. All rights reserved." Also if you click on the "buy prints" link you get a pop up with costs. So, OTRS or a very clear {{cc-by-3.0}} license on that web-page is needed in order to keep this. Soundvisions1 (talk) 22:29, 18 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- I've emailed the uploader with instructions on how to contact OTRS, as he's asserted that permission has been given. Chris Cunningham (user:thumperward: not at work) - talk 19:58, 21 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
