- The source website does not say what is the license for the image. Indian government's websites are not in public domain or CC-SA yet and this source site might also be following the copyright reserved policy. Sreejith K (talk) 04:53, 25 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete: source clearly shows image is copyright. There is no evidence of permission from the copyright holder noted on the source or that there is any relationship between him and the uploader, so the licence appears to be false. ww2censor (talk) 06:30, 25 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete: image source in no longer online but using archive.org some content can be found and this page indicates that the site content was copyright. Uploader's claim of a free licence appears to be false. ww2censor (talk) 06:40, 25 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Upload by new account claiming that it's their own work and giving it public domain. However, considering it's a picture of her at the Emmy's I find it a bit suspicious. Falcon8765 (TALK) 06:54, 25 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete: Uploader claims to be the author but this web page shows the identical resolution images where there is no evidence of any connection between the image and the uploader. Licence is likely false as there is also no metadata. On the bottom of the source page there is a Creative Commons non-commercial licence link which is not compatible with this wiki. ww2censor (talk) 15:34, 25 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Image permission given is "For Wikipedia? Yeah, go for it, you can steal one from my page : )" - I don't think this is sufficient to imply / impute that permission has been given for the image to be licensed as free content under a Creative Commons license. - The other files uploaded by this user are apparently copied off University of Minnesota websites, and this one is claimed as self-made, but this and the other more recent files uploaded by the use rather looks to be copied off a website as well. —innotata 20:12, 25 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
