- File:RCA Colortrak 2000.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- Flickr source lists a non-commercial licence which is incompatible with the one on the image. Also the image on the screen is probably non-free - a photo of the unit without a copyrighted image should be used Peripitus (Talk) 05:31, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Note that there is ongoing discussion on my talk page regarding the status of this image - best to read this before closing the discussion - Peripitus (Talk) 02:11, 16 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- File:Maria Goretti A.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- The image was created in 1929 rather than 1923 or earlier as the public domain template states is the normal time of release into the public domain in the United States of America. No other reason is given to suggest that it belongs in the public domain. --Frindro (talk) 07:42, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- keep Wouldn't we just retag with {{PD-Pre1978}}? — BQZip01 — talk 05:01, 19 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- The problem with doing that is that there is no proof it was first published in the United States. As the painter's name is not provided, it could easily have been published first in Europe or anywhere else in the world.--Frindro (talk) 03:31, 20 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- My misunderstanding. I thought the claim was based upon thde fact that it was in the U.S. I agree: wee need more info. Otherwise, other appropriate images already exist on the page. — BQZip01 — talk 05:04, 20 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Well, this is artwork from a mod of the game, depicting an element not found in the original game. It's entirely possible the mod was PD. Not clear from the article if that's the case. There is fair commentary about this these new/mod elements in the article, so it could just be relabeled with a fair use tag to be safe. Pcap ping 21:47, 16 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- File:HMAS Arrow wrecked.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- Photograph apparently dates from 1975, so not clear why {{PD-Australia}} should apply here. Angus McLellan (Talk) 17:48, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete - The image page on the source site clearly states that the image is © Australian War Memorial - it is not a PD image. I can't see that a decent fair-use rationale could be constructed for us using this - Peripitus (Talk) 02:16, 16 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
