Unambiguous duplicate of Worldwide Somali Students & Professionals. As such, the sub-page qualifies for speedy deletion per criterion A10. The single purpose account that created it, however, contested the nomination. Ergo, MfD. Middayexpress (talk) 16:02, 9 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • keep and history merge with Worldwide Somali Students & Professionals; as it was created one and a half hours earlier than Worldwide Somali Students & Professionals. (12:48 cf 14:15) Middayexpress, If you copy someones work to make an article you must attribute them as per the CC-BY-SA-3.0 license. If you then destroy the original copy you are depriving them of their rights, and suggesting that you were the author, a clear breach. Also a fish slap for TenPoundHammer who should have checked history first. Middayexpress, what you should do with AFC pages is not copy them to make an article, but move them. • History merge-Procedure wasn't followed here. From what I can tell, Middayexpress copy/pasted the article from AfC to the mainspace, and then subsequently nominated this one for deletion as a duplicate. A history merge is necessary to provide attribution.--Fyre2387 (talkcontribs) 21:41, 9 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Speedy keep this page, delete Worldwide Somali Students & Professionals as a copyvio (it has no significant edits by others), move this to mainspace, and trout Middayexpress. Next time somebody asks why new editors leave, I'll point them to this AFD. DoriTalkContribs 00:14, 10 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
