Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Alexis Ríos Rovira[edit]

Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Alexis Ríos Rovira (edit | subject | history | links | watch | logs)

Foreign language resume stashed in AFC in a single edit by an IP with no other contributions. Obviously not article material in any language, and there's no sign that this was even intended as an article submission. Mangoe (talk) 17:15, 30 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Delete but only because userfying is not an option for IP-address submissions. Had this been a logged-in user I would summarily userfy, notify the author of what Wikipedia is WP:NOT on his talk page and if he had email, by email, and let him know that after a reasonable period of time the page would likely be nominated for deletion and would likely be deleted as a result. I'm putting all of this here because deletion discussions can be looked at as precedent and I don't want to start a precedent of deleting pages that are best either turned into user sub-pages or temporarily moved to user-space then deleted after the editor is notified and has a chance to copy the content elsewhere. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs)/(e-mail) 22:48, 1 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Comment: In the spirit of WP:BLP I courtesy-blanked the page. The most recent complete version can be found here. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs)/(e-mail) 22:59, 1 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Delete For the record @Davidwr:, there is already precedent regarding AfC pages, Specifically CSD:G13 which authorizes speedy deletion on AfC pages (both submitted and drafts) that have not been edited in 6 months. A procedural draining of the waters (Bot task) is being worked through to notify the page creator for every AfC space page that has not been edited in 180 days. 30 days after the notification, a second procedure (bot task) is going through to nominate for deletion under the CSD:G13 rule so as to give the creator due-diligence time to save the article or let it die a natural death. If a live editor comes in and evaluates the stale AfC before the 180+30 day mark and nominates it for G13 (or any other appropriate CSD or MFD) then it's out of the bot's hands.
