Wikipedia:WikiProject Suffolk and Essex[edit]

Created without discussion at WP:WPPRO. No members. Never edited save by its creator. Linking Suffolk and Essex together in one project is an arbitrary decision by the creator which is not logical and does not reflect any known county grouping. See also the archived Wikipedia:WikiProject Council/Proposals/Norfolk and Suffolk which touches on the geo-politics of the Eastern Counties and suggests in order to be sustainable any project would probably need to encompass either all Eastern England or East Anglia at a minimum. nancy 18:55, 10 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Delete - The whole idea of having the WP:WPPRO is to prevent Wikipedia projects being created unilaterally like this. It's not always easy to get enough support to start projects for English counties. I'm well aware of these problems, because I created one county project and I'm a member of several others. If projects haven't been created yet for either Suffolk or Essex, it's because the time is not right, and experienced editors have deferred on it. --Kudpung (talk) 16:13, 11 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
