The result of the discussion was Userfy - the creator is still involved and there is support to keep the project but no past practice nor support from the WikiProject Council/Guide for single member projects outside userspace. Equal support for a redirect; however this would result in eliminating the project that is under development and redirecting to a relatively unrelated location. If the project had more members this could be seen as grounds to turn it into a task force if the parent project were willing; however, in this case that creates a blended consensus for userfication, which is consistent with both past practice and the WikiProject Council/Guide (both of which are non-binding but indicative of community position on the default position).--Doug.(talk contribs) 12:36, 11 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This has only one member, and not enough members to join the project. JJ98 (Talk / Contributions) 20:34, 19 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion so a clearer consensus may be reached.

  • Redirect (to either the Jamaica wikiproject or Trains wikiproject, I don't care). Wikiprojects are for collaboration; you'd need at least several people to make a meaningful wikiproject, but no other person has signed up for this one in the couple of years that it's been around. It seems unlikely that a surge of new members is imminent. bobrayner (talk) 21:13, 9 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep per User:Arb. One committed member is not bad. I don't know that a single-member wikiproject is or should be forbidden. There is a useful amount of information here, so it certainly should not be deleted. Whether this project should be merged to a larger project is a matter for discussion with its active members. If Arb says he is going to work with this wikiproject, and doesn't want to work within a different more broad wikiproject, then leave him alone. I imagine that it would be nice if there were a measure of activity of members in a wikiproject, perhaps the number of editors who have made 10 edits in covered articles in the past month. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 08:43, 11 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
