A project which never got beyond the architecture phase, to actual construction.
The 2015 discussion at Wikipedia:WikiProject Council/Proposals/Information_Architecture is notable for the fact that half of the 17 signatories have contributions other than to that discussion or to the project page. - The fate of WikiProject Information Architecture was discussed at the 2017 Information Architecture Summit in Vancouver (March 22-26) during an edit-a-thon session last weekend. There has been some interest in jumpstarting the effort, particularly among the conference planning committee, though admittedly not much activity since it was introduced at the 2015 summit in Minneapolis. I would appreciate a bit more time to see if the latest effort improves commitment and activity on this project. Nwhysel (talk) 17:43, 29 March 2017 (UTC)
- @Nwhysel: that's almost exactly what you said two years ago[1] in the WPCOUNCIL discussion. Except that last time you said that if didn't fly, you would restructure the project as a taskforce of Wikipedia:WikiProject Human Computer Interaction. - I don't recall my response in the WPCOUNCIL discussion. Would you please correct the link to that discussion so I can review? It's not a bad idea, but I'd like to run it by my team and make sure they want to keep the project separate.
