Wikipedia:WikiProject Artix Entertainment[edit]

This WikiProject is mostly dead and for a group of articles all of which have been sent to AFDs for failing our general notability guidelines. There is no use for a WikiProject for which there will shortly be zero articles to govern. This group just creates and harbors articles with no references to support notability. If anything, any surviving articles can be taken care of by an overall MMORPG project.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 04:12, 7 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete the main page, archive the talk page to WT:WikiProject Video games/Archive Artix Entertainment, as I believe the standard is now. Looks like there has been significant collab on the talk page. --Izno (talk) 02:50, 8 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment. I don't see a great need to delete this. There are about one full-length talk page archive for the project, so it did have real activity, although it dwindled after the AQ Wikia was opened. WikiProjects of this kind usually tagged with {{inactive}}. I don't mind the archiving option suggested by Izno either. Pcap ping 06:25, 8 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
    • Amendment: the archived talk page is really short; their whole talk page only needs one archive. Pcap ping 06:53, 8 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Archive as per Pcap, if it can be assumed that the editors were working in good faith. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 06:40, 8 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete Really no need to archive if none of the articles under the project are notable. Talkpage can be archived. Ten Pound Hammer, his otters and a clue-bat • (Many ottersOne batOne hammer) 19:53, 11 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Archive - Convert to WPVG task force and archive. This sort of stuff never gets deleted. SharkD  Talk  16:49, 14 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah it does. Several of the WikiProjects via WP:VG/IPC were deleted, with the ones with real collab on the talk page having their talk page archived. --Izno (talk) 17:37, 14 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete given the existence of their own Wikia, the fact that none/very few articles have any notability, and no activity since October (last actual user post on talk page) the project is not only defunct, but not notable. Also recommend deletion of Template:WP AE goals given that the articles listed have no notability, making it a useless template. --Teancum (talk) 17:09, 16 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
