This page has been in a vandalised state for 2 years, which shows that no-one cares about it. It was marked historical as a result of an MFD discussion in 2005, but it's of no historical interest (it's just an ephemeral piece of documentation relating to an ancient version of the MediaWiki software) and may as well just be deleted. — This, that and the other (talk) 06:50, 16 February 2015 (UTC)
- Keep Based on Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Unprotected MediaWiki messages, keep as historical. The solution to vandalism is protection rather than deletion. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 11:16, 16 February 2015 (UTC)
- Keep or move to the historical archive. The history of MediaWiki is entwined with the history of Wikipedia (especially in the early days of both projects), so the page should be preserved, not deleted. Graham87 11:37, 16 February 2015 (UTC)
- Keep and Fully Protect because of what the others have said. Bobherry talk 13:49, 17 February 2015 (UTC)
- Move to Historical Archive This seems like the best place for it. I don't see any particular reason in getting rid of information about how Wikipedia used to work (I know I care a lot about the history of {{qif}} remaining accessible even though the template itself is useless nowadays). --ais523 04:38, 18 February 2015 (UTC)
