Supposed to be a list of empty (but not deleted) monthly maintenance cats, but it doesn't really work because it uses too many expensive parser functions. Also, most of the categories have been deleted. This should be marked as historical, we have better ways of doing this now (the empty categories self-nom for speedy deletion). Rich Farmbrough, 18:19, 1 May 2011 (UTC).[reply]
