Unnecessary modules, only used in one user sandbox, and generally redundant to equivalent more-heavily-used modules or templates. Often dependent on non-existent Mediawiki:Lang, Module:Linguistic, Module:Fallback, or Module:Formatnum (the latter three of which were deleted partially for being dependent on MediaWiki:lang.
