WP:STALEDRAFT. Originally was a mainspace article that was AfD'd then userfied, but no activity or improvement for more than 2 years, no indication of notability increasing, and tabloid sources make it doubtful this could move to mainspace. Delete - This has sat in Valoem's userspace for a good 2 years and 3 days after Valoem's !vote it's still sat there - They have no interest in doing anything with it and I don't see why it should sit there for the next 5 years .... either you're going to improve it and move it back or you're not ...
