It's a draft, most likely of a user that doesn't have (or use) a sandbox. The horse does exist and most of the info is verifiable. Is there a time limit for drafts? Maybe create a sandbox for the user and move it there. Froggerlaura ^ribbit 19:25, 12 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Userfy somewhere It looks like it was created in 2009 and had languished since. Perhaps an active member of WP Horse racing would be willing to "adopt" the draft and it could be userfied into a sandbox off of that person's talk page? Montanabw^(talk) 21:57, 12 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I think if you userfy it in your own user space, at least. Userfication in the user's userspace will make it even more invisible and languishing unless the userfier leaves a message on the main page with a link. Montanabw^(talk) 21:37, 13 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
