Keep. Not an inappropriate use of a user page. Calls himself an "Indian Wikipedia", which is probably intended to mean "Indian Wikipedian".—Alalch E. 23:18, 14 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Delete - The editor has made no other edits than creating this user page (and so is hardly a Wikipedian). This is U5, because U5 does not always apply to harmful material, but also to any use of user space completely unrelated to the encyclopedia, and creating a user page and not editing the encyclopedia is unrelated to the encyclopedia. - It's fine to start out by creating your userpage and saying some basic things about yourself. There is no policy that your first edit can't be creating your userpage. Userpages that contain only basic information, which is the case here, and in which users describe themselves as Wikipedians, editors, etc., are not unrelated to the encyclopedia.—Alalch E. 08:22, 15 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Very weak delete - probably does violate U5 as that one talk page edit is the only edit he ever made, and it was made in 2018. On the other hand, space is cheap and it is a user page, so I'm not convinced there's any harm in keeping it. ~ Argenti Aertheri^(Chat?) 06:20, 16 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
