User:RocketMaster/My Gallery[edit]

No encyclopedic value/not related to working on Wikipedia. Image is up for IFD (nominated by me). This may be a younger editor so please handle with care. --MECU≈talk 14:26, 5 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Keep. At least the image should be kept and I am not too concerned about this user putting the image on a user subpage either. We are not dealing with a one-time userpage only contributor here, but with a person who has a respectable edit history. As such I think we should allow some leeway with how they want to decorate their userpage, even if its not strictly related to Wikipedia activities. One harmless image on a harmless subpage is within my bounds for userpage tolerance. Using the Wikipedia servers to add 50 useless images is something else. Keep. WP:USER even suggests putting your favorite Wiki images on your userpage. If the image gets deleted, maybe someone with a good understanding of image policy can tell her/him what sorts of photos and images should be uploaded and what kinds should be avoided; (s)he can then use the subpage for either photos (s)he personally uploads or photos from the Commons/articles that (s)he likes.
