User:Pocopocopocopoco/sandbox/Nagorno-Karabakh/[edit]

WP:STALEDRAFT about a separatist region from a user who has not edited since 2009. Normally I would blank something like this, but since material about separatist causes is controversial and there have been a few edits by other editors treating this as if it were a real article, I think deletion is the better approach in this case. Delete per WP:STALEDRAFT, which states (my bolding): "Userspace is not a free web host and should not be used to indefinitely host pages that look like articles, old revisions, or deleted content, or your preferred version of disputed content. Private copies of pages that are being used solely for long-term archival purposes may be subject to deletion."

The part of the sentence I italicized prohibits the indefinite hosting of stale user page drafts.

Because this page violates WP:STALEDRAFT and WP:NOTWEBHOST, it should be deleted. Cunard (talk) 18:57, 5 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Delete this is not a "Stale Draft" as it doesn't appear there was any intent to edit so it is not an old work-in-progress as "stale draft" implies (and which the guideline does not clearly cover); however, it is "be[ing] used to indefinitely host . . . old revisions" or as a private copy for long-term archival purposes, and needs to go.--Doug.^{(talk • contribs)} 11:44, 8 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
