User:Pickbothmanlol/VfD[edit]

This was created by Pickbothmanlol, who has been indefinitely blocked. He described it as "my own personal AfD template," which is of course not appropriate. Whether he meant this satirically, I'm not sure, but he did add it to at least one article. This template is both disruptive (VfD has long since been replaced by AfD etc.) and bizarre (part of a pattern of incompetent behavior by this user; see this ANI discussion for a full account). It also cannot be a good idea to have this template floating around on Wikipedia. I therefore seek its deletion. --A Stop at Willoughby (talk) 21:29, 26 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • Mark as Historical Which should tell folks not to use it (the redlinks may also be a clue) - but since it is referred to in several places, including usage in an article, and does no particular harm otherwise, there is not a lot of reason to delete.     • The article was one that had been partially "nominated" for VfD - I've removed the transclusion, as the nomination was never completed and probably won't be.
