The result of the discussion was: delete. No prejudice against the user recreating portions of the content that are non-fictional and do not contain attacks on living people. RL0919 (talk) 16:47, 5 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

This might not qualify for U5, according to some, so I'll bring it here: delete per WP:NOTWEBHOST. Same goes for User:NewHikaru07/sandbox. Drmies (talk) 02:01, 28 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I just noticed that there *is* some project related stuff at the bottom of that huge page, so maybe the rest of the page can be blanked and that stuff kept. SpicyMilkBoy (talk) 02:25, 28 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Also, some of the content is offensive, even if satirical: "Allāhu akbar! Death to North Korea!", "A dead Justin Bieber on a noose", "Justin Bieber crucified on a cross", "controversial cultural terrorist Justin Bieber being executed to death"... not appropriate at all. Might warrant revision deletion. SpicyMilkBoy (talk) 07:34, 28 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
On first pass I didn't see the super weird "Zenithosian War of Independence" and Justin Bieber stuff. As the content is also in the sandbox, this goes to a behavioural warning. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 05:39, 4 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Move to a subpage. Is it the same content as in his sandbox? —SmokeyJoe (talk) 20:58, 28 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Speedy Keep - nominating an active user's userpage that creates no problems whatsoever is an egregious violation of the advice at Meta:Don't be a jerk. It's just an essay, but it's good advice. An apology from the community for allowing this to happen is probably in order. WilyD 10:12, 28 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete as complete nonsense. I was going to have a keep opinion, but a majority of the content is fictional nonsense with added potentially offensive bits. It would almost be easier to use WP:TNT here and start anew. The "Currencies of micronations" got to me where there are plenty of mentions of a "war" on North Korea and "Zenithos declaring its independence from so-called North Korea, and its successful war and liberation from so-called North Korea" in detailed paragraph form. This is not what page testing is used for. - Knowledgekid87 (talk) 14:58, 28 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Speedy delete as G7 (author approved deletion) and G2 (test page), have NewHikaru07 do testing of articles, templates, tables and infoboxes in the sandbox instead, which has all sorts of stuff. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 20:45, 28 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete the user page as a test that should have been done in a sandbox. Keep the sandbox, which was a valid test to be done in a sandbox. Robert McClenon (talk) 03:20, 29 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete - The user page is being used a web host for fictional content. This goes well beyond a bit of testing. The fact that there is some small amount of content acceptable for a user page does not inoculate it from being considered a web host -- Whpq (talk) 12:10, 29 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete. Per WP:NOTMADEUP. This material should not exist outside of the sandbox. Britishfinance (talk) 15:00, 29 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Content has since been copied to Sandbox. [1] but not deleted. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 19:17, 29 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Comment: In addition to the Justin Bieber stuff, the wishful-thinking references to "complete nuclear destruction" of Pyongyang (a city of 3.2 million people) and other cities are grossly inappropriate. Newyorkbrad (talk) 02:02, 4 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete Yeah, sorry. I was planning on !voting keep, but the fact is that we're well beyond testing and into NOTWEBHOST territory. Plus, as Newyorkbrad astutely mentions, suggesting the destruction of Pyongyang and other cities (even sardonically) is entirely inappropriate for the project.
