Keep - This draft was started on April 19, 2017‎ (the sandbox formerly held something else), making it just two months old. It has only been submitted to articles for creation for review twice, and was substantially expanded before the second submission. Notability isn't a primary concern here per WP:NMFD. The topic itself is fairly new, a better claim that it is notable may be possible if it is allowed to stew for a while; if not, we can revisit deletion later. — Godsy^(TALK_CONT) 03:01, 17 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
