User:Mmkulu (edit | talk | history | links | watch | logs)

Repeatedly posted (either as article or userpage) CV. Deletion requested per WP:NOTRESUME and WP:NOTWEBSPACE (and possibly WP:SPAM. Peridon (talk) 11:22, 3 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • Comment This was posted in article space and userfied by a patroller. Peridon (talk) 11:25, 3 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Inquiry - I only see one attempt to upload this CV, done today as editor's only major contribution. Is there any evidence that this is repeatedly being posted? If not, a conversation with the editor may well be able to get his User page "up to snuff", as it were. There is a reason to believe that posting information of this kind could have a benefit to the encyclopedia, especially since we are trying to retain experts. • Have a look on the talkpage - various titles appear in red. Most of them are versions of this, going back to 2009. It's a CV - it SAYS it's a CV - and was posted in article space. Peridon (talk) 15:46, 3 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
You had me worried then... Peridon (talk) 16:49, 3 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep Person appears to be actually trying to be an editor per non-userspace edits. I would offer benfit of the doubt unless he starts concentrating on userspace. Page does not, at this point, appear excessive. That a newbie does not understand mainspace v userspace is not what I would worry about. Collect (talk) 11:07, 5 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
He first posted a version of it in 2009 as a user page, then three times from December 2011 (under different versions of his name) in article space, the third (this one) of which got userfied before it could be speedied. He's has two other articles deleted, one about a 'research assistant' (and I would best describe it as a brief CV or long profile as found at LinkedIn), and the other deleted for being both A7 and Spam. Other (surviving) contribs are transwiki links. Has never asked any questions on talk pages. Newbie? Peridon (talk) 19:38, 5 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
All I "know" is what is in public logs. And newbie is as newbie does - so I do not really care about this except insofar as the public logs allow me to form an opinion. Collect (talk) 20:27, 5 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
But the Public Logs demonstrate that some user has posted some content on multiple pages that are near-identical to this in name. Achowat (talk) 20:31, 5 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
