Stale userspace draft. Editor hasn't been active since 2006. As last discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ground rules relationships, it's largely an essay surrounding some sourced material. If something thinks it's salvable, it could become a draft but it feels more like something that may never really be an article. Ricky81682 (talk) 02:06, 28 August 2015 (UTC)
