Unambiguous self-promo (user page is a pure resumé of user's professional and sports matters). I drew user's attention to WP:User pages and asked user to edit it to comply with our policy on 21 April, but on checking I notice the page remains unchanged, and the user only edits sporadically every few months (last edit 3 March 2014, last edit before that 2 January 2014).
As the matter seems fairly unambiguous judging by policies on user pages, and there doesn't seem to be a salvageable past version or section, WP:UP suggests the next step is to see if the community would be okay with blanking or deleting it, rather than editing it unilaterally. I have notified the user, and additionally emailed him/her to draw their attention to the discussion in case he/she doesn't get email notifications of talk page posts.
