userspace used for promotion. the subject (may or may not be the editor), is a nonnotable person whose article has been repeatedly deleted, and attempts to recreate the article involved solicitation of editors, including myself. see User talk:Rafi ul haq for some of the deletions. - Delete - Appears to be an attempt to do an end run around the AFD deletion. User space is not a place to post articles that are deleted from article space. -- Whpq (talk) 13:59, 6 July 2014 (UTC)
