User:Hemze-Huseynli[edit]
The user is using this page to discuss his business for which he also created the article MyTagram. His whole purpose appears promotional, and he has no edits not associated with his own business interests, so I believe this is not in keeping with Wikipedia user page policy. And that's in addition to the page being in Azerbaijani, whereas this is English Wikipedia. —Largo Plazo (talk) 19:28, 16 May 2015 (UTC)
