User:Gp75motorsports/Possible mutations and changes to the name "PeeWee Hurman"[edit]

This page serves little to no purpose for the project. It draws attention to a vandal contrary to WP:DENY. It also encourages slight project disruption by creating "sockpuppets" so that this vandal doesn't get there first. It's a random game with no benefit for us. Metros (talk) 02:47, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Merge and redirect to User:Pee wee maury povich, which I haven't been touching for awhile. BoL 02:55, 12 January 2008 (UTC)wait, wait, scratch that. Read this and keep so we can take out PeeWee for good, and yeah.... BoL 03:03, 12 January 2008 (UTC), naw, I still have a weak delete, and I don't feel like dealing with PeeWee anymore... BoL 23:28, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
    • "Take out PeeWee" Seriously, you guys need to stop being so obsessive over this one vandal. He's an obvious vandal so anytime he comes, he gets blocked. So why do we need a guessing game, essentially, as to what his next name will be? Metros (talk) 03:42, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment Too many of his subpages clog up MfD. This thread on his talk page suggests he may be willing to self delete it. I did not see any such request for him to do so on his own. Is there any reason to believe he would not self delete? If he fails to do so, then yeah, nuke it and re-block him for a day or so. But otherwise the MfD seems premature IMO.--12 Noon  03:08, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
    • See below. The user believes it is of benefit to....him. Metros (talk) 03:40, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep It helps me. What happened to "editors matter"? Even if it doesn't help anyone else, it helps me track the guy down for reporting, which, in turn, helps the encyclopedia by eliminating a vandal. --Gp75motorsports REV LIMITER 03:37, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
    • How does it help you keep track? All it does is draws attention to him and attempts to play some game with the vandal. Metros (talk) 03:39, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete Editors matter; vandals don't. This isn't helpful or productive in any way, despite good intentions. –Pomte 10:52, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
      • Comment Response to Metros' comment above: It helps me be prepared for PeeWee's next move. There's also a reason that I don't link to it from anywhere in my userspace, and that's in orde to not draw attention to him. I only gave BoL a link because I thought he might be interested, that's all. --Gp75motorsports REV LIMITER 15:00, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete per WP:DENY. Kusma (talk) 20:44, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Amen to that Delete. BoL 23:34, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Strong delete - "Do you have any ideas of what could be PeeWee's next sockpuppet name?" - No, I don't, but I strongly strongly strongly that for the good of the encyclopedia you take it elsewhere. Dihydrogen Monoxide 00:32, 13 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Who cares about this page anymore? I don't. --Gp75motorsports REV LIMITER 01:38, 13 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
