Comment. I think "clearly inflammatory and divisive" is exaggeration. However, as this does not seem to be able to be associated with declaration of an editor bias (I don't see any mainspace material on revival of the Spanish Empire), I would support disallowing such userboxes if there were an RfC on political userboxes without connection to actual mainspace content. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 03:20, 29 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I believe that all transcluders of a userbox should be notified when the userbox is nominated for deletion. The nomination seeks to modify their userpages. Comment. by userboxes without connection to actual mainspace content do you mean political opinions that don't have a wikipedia article or?

I mean, a defence of a political userbox is that it is a user’s declaration of their bias, which might come into play in their mainspace editing. This assumes that the politics is an encyclopedic topic, and simple proof of that is the politics being covered in an article, any article. SmokeyJoe (talk) 00:47, 1 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
