This was an article which was PRODDED in June 2010, the reason given being "Unreleased film per WP:NFF". The author wrote on its talk page "Please give me a few days to sort of the reference section" on 15 June 2010, and it was userfied. It was explained to the author that this was "a short term move to allow the page to be worked on", rather than a long term way of avoiding deletion. The page has been in user space since June 2010. There were a few minor edits in the first few weeks, but no edits since July 2010. The edits that were made introduced three "references", but none of them even mentions "Onward, Amazing People". They include a couple of links to pages referring to "grassroots funding" of independent films, but not specifically referring to this film, and an article in The Prague Post which does not, as far as I can see, have any connection with the subject at all. There is no indication that the page is being prepared to release as an article, and the "few days" asked for by the author have long since passed. It would not be suitable as an article as it does nothing at all to indicate notability, and the original PROD reason would still apply. It should be deleted per WP:FAKEARTICLE. - Delete According to the subpage, the director is still "TBA". If the director is unannounced, wouldn't it also fail Wikipedia is not a crystal ball? Reaper Eternal (talk) 23:08, 11 November 2010 (UTC)
- Delete WP:FAKEARTICLE states: "Userspace is not a free web host and should not be used to indefinitely host pages that look like articles, old revisions, or deleted content, or your preferred version of disputed content. Private copies of pages that are being used solely for long-term archival purposes may be subject to deletion."
Because this page violates WP:NOTWEBHOST and WP:FAKEARTICLE, it should be deleted. Cunard (talk) 11:10, 12 November 2010 (UTC)
- The references are this article from The Prague Post, this article from Helium.com, and this article from eeqw.com. The first and third references do not mention the film. The second reference does (on page 2). Helium.com, which accepts user-generated articles, is not a reliable source. In this instance, the author of the article, Jeff Coe, has published only one article on Helium.com. His article appears to be user-generated. Cunard (talk) 11:10, 12 November 2010 (UTC)
