Wikipedia is not a free webhost. WP:NOTWEBHOST Netalarmtalk 00:23, 14 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete WP:NOTWEBHOST. ~~ Hi878 (Come shout at me!) 00:27, 14 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep: the material that they're hosting is a project to improve Wikipedia, a very good use of user space. Buddy431 (talk) 00:51, 14 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Similar to DMS417 above - organizational page for my current seminar on "Wikipedia & Free Culture"; will track readings and student contributions to Wikipedia. As it's a a 1 credit seminar, and has only just started, the students have not done much as yet. --dave pape (talk) 03:33, 14 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep pages that organise the efforts of editors to improve the encyclopedia, although this guy/gal can have a detention for the edits to the WP:5 pillars Bigger digger (talk) 03:45, 14 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep per above discussion, page nominated on wrong premises. __meco (talk) 07:54, 14 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep I agree with Buddy431. Even using userpages to get students acquainted with Wikipedia seems like a good use of userspace to me. -- Mdd (talk) 16:05, 14 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
This page isn't being used to get students acquainted with Wikipedia. I mean, if it was a guide for students on how to edit Wikipedia, of course we wouldn't delete it. However, this is a calendar for a class. It includes homework, assignments, a list of students, etc. In short, this is a page that's being used to organize a class. Furthermore, there are better places to host calendars/assignments. Netalarmtalk 21:25, 14 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, I'm withdrawing this nomination after I looked into global contributions and spent more time reviewing the contributions made by the author. Sorry for any trouble I may have caused. I've also looked into the course information, and now I do believe this page does fit within our guidelines. Once again, sorry about this one. Netalarmtalk 22:07, 14 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
