The stray HTML tags and over the top formatting indicate this user is abusing Wikipedia as a free web host. Content is unreferenced and is unsuitable for an encyclopedia. The user has made major edits only to this page despite starting editing a year ago. MER-C 07:33, 7 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep "Suitable as an encyclopedia article" is not in any Userspace rule I can find. Nor is having references in userspace required. It is not commercial, and is not indexed. No reason to delete -> Keep. Cheers. Collect (talk) 21:10, 8 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • WP:NOTWEBHOST. This is the user's sole contribution to the project, and it will never be an article. That it's got all sorts of cruft at the top generated by Microsoft Word's HTML output doesn't help. Chris Cunningham (user:thumperward) (talk) 12:05, 9 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete per WP:NOTWEBHOST and WP:NOTADVOCACY. The pages states:

    Purpose

    What this will change

This new definition will help take away the misconceived perceptions about this subject, by seeing the word dyslexic through a different perspective. This new definition will give clarity by creating an organizational structure for the whole subject area.
