As per WP:USERPAGE#Categories, templates, and redirects, this userpage should not redirect to anything other than a talk page. To clarify (as I've been asked on my talk page), I misread WP:USERPAGE to say that a userpage should only be redirected to the user's talk page. Once I read the policy closely, I saw that it actually says that a user talk page should only be redirected to the talk page of an account controlled by that user.
