User:CEDS ONG[edit]

User page appears to consist of a constitution for an organisation (the article for which has subsequently been deleted from Wikipedia). Aside from possible copyright and promotional issues is this really what user pages are for? role^player 15:50, 22 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
