The result of the discussion was Speedied as an attack page. Even if I'm wrong about the intent of the page, the content is inappropriate, especially since the page is the creator's only contribution and he has not edited for almost three years. I will add that I find it dismaying that a page of this nature lasted for so long. Newyorkbrad (talk) 09:26, 19 November 2010 (UTC)
On the surface, just a userpage, nothing particularly offensive, and probably not in violation of any policies, but I observed an IP editor making changes to the page. The userpage appears to be simply an auto-biography written by Byron Smith 1991, but I observe that this editor has not contributed in over two years, the page appears to be an unsourced biography of a living person, and, well, it's just not needed.
