Not clear at all what part of WP:NOT the nominator refers to. This could be an intending Wikipedian's userpage. Unlikely though. Replace with {{Userpage blanked}}. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 05:01, 5 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Blank the page, possibly copy to user sandbox. Appears to be an unsourced biographical article written in userspace. If it is meant to be a user’s page, there should be something to do with Wikipedia on it, not a biographical account of activities entirely unrelated to the project. If it’s a draft article, we have processes for article creation, but the user should be made well aware of WP:COI and such. —67.14.236.50 (talk) 20:20, 10 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
- Also, I don’t think this belongs in MFD, so I equally support administrative closure with no action taken. In my opinion, an editor should have just been WP:BOLD and removed the bio with an explanation on the user’s Talk, or just left a message explaining the problem.
