One of many blank AfC submissions in a backlog ballooning AfCs in process. I'm advised it can't be deleted G2 (Blank page) because it is under a sandbox. G6 does not apply yet because the author has not been inactive for a year yet. G13 does not apply until 6 months have passed. It's obviously a TEST as in "Look a SUBMIT button, let's TEST it." If there is no CSD that applies to these pages, we should fix that so they can be deleted fairly quickly. Legacypac (talk) 01:10, 12 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep, as a "notes" page, a record of the subject that User:BakkertjeM intends to draft. There is no draft so remove the templates. I have welcomed the user, so now he has some useful links, instead of the newcomer misdirection offered by AfC. Presumably, the user intends to draft from or translate nl:Arne_Zuidhoek, which he has edited, a highly worthy idea. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 03:00, 12 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I concur. If this was not such a recent creation (April 2017), as the only non-article wizard information it contains is "Arne Zuidhoek", I'd agree to deletion. — Godsy (TALKCONT) 21:08, 16 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Weak keep. This seems very likely to be abandoned, and is content-free, so I'm tempted to invoke IAR and say Delete. However, it doesn't hurt, and wikipedia regulars often forget how new users can be much less frequent editors at the start. Therefore see no need to jump the gun on the usual ticking clocks on G6 or G13 as nominator has noted. (In an ideal world, there would be a way to say "keep for now but automatically bring forward for discussion in 6 / 12 mos if no one has done anything").
