Absolutely no need for this page to exist, per WP:DENY and WP:SNOW. According to the long-term abuse case page it says

Suspected socks should be reported to SRG and not tagged, per WP:DENY. Do not report to SPI. When reporting, please link to this long-term abuse report. When the active abuse has been taken care of, please update this report with the latest information.

I think that every page containing tags of sock puppets should all be removed from Wikipedia, like the SGK one.
