I can find no evidence that this was ever intended for any purpose connected with contributing to the encyclopaedia, and it may have been use of Wikipedia to host a page for personal use. It is in the userspace of an editor who has not edited at all for over 4 years, and from the time of creation of this page he or she never did any editing to any other page at all, while continuing to do nearly 100 edits to this page, over a period of 4 months. At best this is a four-year old WP:STALEDRAFT, and more likely it is a violation of WP:NOTWEBHOST. In either case, it does not conform to acceptable use of userspace. • Delete - I don't see that the material is suitable for an article and even if that was the intention, it is a stale draft. -- Whpq (talk) 17:03, 28 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Not that stale. It was edited this month by Hospitalityandmore2013Anne Delong (talk) 19:09, 28 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, but Hospitalityandmore2013 is a single purpose spam account, and his/her editing to this page consisted of adding a large amount of spam, all referring to one person, who has been the subject of much of Hospitalityandmore2013's spam editing. The content added bears no resemblance to any of the content created by Anothercountry, and it does nothing at all to suggest that the page is likely to be used for anything to do with building the encyclopaedia. (On the contrary, it is a case of yet one more editor using it for inappropriate purposes, and this time even more unambiguously so.) JamesBWatson (talk) 20:17, 28 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Just to clarify my position. I agree that it was editted recently, but only for drive-by spamming (eloquently explained above by JamesBWatson). The core of the article hasn't been touched in some time, and so for evaluation purposes at MFD, it is stale. -- Whpq (talk) 21:47, 28 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Exactly. JamesBWatson (talk) 22:07, 28 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete. Not because it is old, or stale, but because it looks like a NOTWEBHOST violation, it looks like it has some purpose unrelated to the project. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 11:39, 29 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
