The result of the discussion was delete. The overall consensus based on a pure vote count is to delete. However, this will be a soft delete in that anyone, including DGG or SmokeyJoe, can request restoration without question at WP:REFUND. I just noticed that the editor was never notified of this discussion on their talk page which makes this even more problematic and thus a soft delete is more appropriate. Although the user has contributed three times since December 2010 (twice in 2013, March and June), I question whether this can actually be notable and accepted as my searches found nothing better and the current version is certainly not acceptable.
