Seemingly non-notable magazine as my searches found nothing better than a few mentions here and there and it's also worth noting this was speedied as G11 at Model Railroad Hobbyist. User:1940sBangorNative started this a few months before and although they have said they're not active here, there's nothing else to suggest keeping this.
