Delete. This one lies at the opposite end of the spectrum: obviously a broad enough topic to meet the requirements of WP:POG, but one where the topic is so broad the normal automated tools are of no help: all of the featured person, "monthly" (that's a good one) article, and featured picture are static, so this portal is of no navigation help to users who stumble upon it. And don't look to WP:WikiProject Universe for help; that one has 2 members, one who hasn't edited anything in three years. UnitedStatesian (talk) 20:19, 3 April 2019 (UTC)
- Delete creator has 11 lifetime edits so is not interested in maintaining it. The portal is so useless it lacks links to Universe and Albert Einstein so you can't even explore the topic easily. The misleading "monthly" article is fixed. The featured photo is the only photo. I've nominated the associated Wikiproject at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Wikipedia:WikiProject Universe because it is not a WikiProject at all - it never did anything or discussed anything.
