Portal:Tabaristan (edit | talk | history | links | watch | logs)

Delete Multi-page portal on a historical region in West Asia; does not come close to meeting the breadth-of-subject-area requirement of the WP:POG guideline. No links to featured content (not sure there is any). UnitedStatesian (talk) 15:52, 10 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete, with prejudice against re-creation. Narrow topic, at least in terms of available coverage on en.Wikipedia: Category:Tabaristan is very sparse.
Additionally, this portal has been abandoned since 2013. See Special:PrefixIndex/Portal:Tabaristan: there has been no chnage of topic in any of the subpages since 2013.  :WP:POG#How_often_to_update? says that unless automated, the content selection should be updated monthly, or preferably weekly. Even on a monthly cycle, this pseudo-portal has missed over 70 consecutive updates, and it is time to stop wasting the time of readers by luring them to this abandoned draft. --BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 16:44, 10 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
