Portal:Nanyang Technological University[edit]

Keep, pending establishment of criteria. Universities are clearly going to be generally of sufficient encyclopedic interest among readers to support portals. Why don't you suggest some criteria then? If we don't have criteria, all we have is MfD, and we can't just keep everything because we haven't written down the criteria yet.
