Delete Minimalist (one each of article, picture, quote) portal covering a minor historical ethnic group. Does not meet the WP:POG guidline's standard for breadth-of-subject matter. UnitedStatesian (talk) 05:37, 11 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Comment - I have a doubt if this minor historical ethnic group is as politically correct as it would be expected in such a great encyclopedia. Delete, with prejudice against re-creation. This is a narrow topic, with minimal coverage on Wikipedia: see Category:Khitan people.

It's a long-abandoned portal, which clearly fails the WP:POG requirement that portals should be about "broad subject areas, which are likely to attract large numbers of interested readers and portal maintainers".
