The result of the discussion was: Don't delete Nobody thinks this should be deleted, which is the only thing in scope of MfD. I'm not too bothered either way, but - in case I'm missing something - can't this be kept as a {{talk page of redirect}}? I'm not seeing why it would necessarily need to be deleted/redirected. All the best, ‍—‍a smart kitten[meow] 22:35, 4 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It doesn't *need* doing, but it is best practice for the draft_talk page to become the article_talk page when the draft is moved to mainspace. Here, the mover didn't do that, presumably by simple mistake with a checkbox. Merge and redirect will fix the problem to make it what it should have been. The draft_talk page has one author's question. The talk page has assessment and WikiProject notes.
On further checking, the error was that JackFromWisconsin copy-pasted the draft to mainspace. This created an attribution failure. So …

  • Procedural question - Is this a nomination to delete the draft, or to delete the draft talk page?
