  • Keep. This is not a stale or abandoned draft; prior to nomination it had been most recently submitted in January, and the creator resubmitted it again since the nomination, while a draft is not deletable as "stale or abandoned" until six months after the last time it was edited. Is it good enough to get approved yet? No. But it's neither "abandoned" yet, nor does it fit any of the highly rarefied conditions that would allow it to get speedied earlier than six months.
