Delete – A quick Google search of the title doesn't show anything immediately noteworthy. I think SmokeyJoe meant to argue only that the draft isn't completely "nonsense" – it's possible the creator genuinely wanted to start an article about a "Ronnie Roymelvin Brown Sr." but never got around to doing so.
