The result of the discussion was: soft delete . Since there were no other comments, I will close this as soft delete and say that WP:REFUND applies, either the original author if they make the required COI disclosure, or any other editor without a COI who wishes to take responsibility for it. ♠PMC♠ (talk) 21:26, 19 October 2018 (UTC)
Author has acknowledged, on my talk page, in asking for guidance as to how to get this draft accepted, that they are working for Orient Electric, and that it is important for Orient Electric to have an article on their CEO. It isn't important for Wikipedia unless he satisfies biographical notability. Author has not made the required conflict of interest disclosures. Robert McClenon (talk) 01:21, 12 October 2018 (UTC)
