Heh. Seriously though, this particular product is only a 100X dilution of some of its ingredients, so it would be chemically distinguishable from water. That doesn't mean that any of its sources meet WP:MEDRS, though. It has only been resubmitted without improvement once, so weak delete given the improbability that we are ever going to have an article on this product.
