Delete. At Wikipedia_talk:Criteria_for_speedy_deletion#Applying_A*_criteria_to_submitted_drafts I am arguing that pages like this should be eligible for WP:CSD#A7 and WP:CSD#A11 on submission. In userspace, they would be WP:CSD#U5-elgible. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 01:14, 9 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Delete - I have no idea what this is supposed to be, but it doesn't have the future of a Wikipedia article.
