I removed a couple sections - including his opinion on vote buying - but there is just nothing I can see that is notable enough to justify an article. Seems like a vanity page. Legacypac (talk) 18:39, 28 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Neutral - This draft contains too much opinion, either those of the submitter or those of the subject. It also shows no likelihood of being made ready for article space. "Seems like" is my assessment of why this was created. If you agree you should vote to delete.

I don’t agree that it crosses a NOTPROMOTION line, “vanity” is not a net-productive word to use (see Wikipedia:Vanity), and I see no reason why this needs MfD attention beyond any other draft of unclear notability. “Speedy keep” applies. —SmokeyJoe (talk) 09:29, 7 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
